在全球化背景下,履行企业社会责任在推动可持续发展方面发挥着独特而重要的作用,在一定程度上弥补了经济转型带来的市场失灵和政府干预的缺陷。本文分析了恒源祥集团在全球化发展战略的引导下,不但实现了企业的品牌与文化研究的推广,而且在积极践行社会责任中促进了可持续发展。恒源祥集团的成功经验可为我国企业社会责任方面提供案例支撑。
In the context of globalization, the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility plays a unique and important role in promoting sustainable development, and to some extent makes up for the shortcomings of market failure and government intervention brought by economic restructuring. This article analyzes the Hengyuanxiang Group under the guidance of the globalization development strategy, not only to achieve the promotion of corporate brand and cultural studies, but also promote the sustainable development in the active implementation of social responsibility. The successful experience of Hengyuanxiang Group can provide case support for China’s corporate social responsibility.
