目的:探讨肿瘤转移相关分子CD99、FKBP5、FLJ13576在原发性肾透明细胞癌中的表达。方法:应用半定量RT-PCR技术研究肿瘤转移相关分子CD99、FKBP5、FLJ13576在肾透明细胞癌组织和癌旁组织中的差异性表达。结果:CD99、FKBP5、FLJ13576在原发性肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达率分别为72%、60%和48%,而对应癌旁组织中的表达率分别为28%、24%和16%,表达水平也明显不同。肾透明细胞癌组织中CD99、FKBP5和FLJ13576 3种基因的表达水平均显著高于癌周组织(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤转移相关分子CD99、FKBP5、FLJ13576在肾透明细胞癌原发组织中的表达明显上调,可能与肾细胞癌发生、发展密切相关,有望成为检测肾细胞癌的新的生物学标志。
Objective: To investigate the expression of tumor metastasis related molecules CD99, FKBP5 and FLJ13576 in primary renal clear cell carcinoma. Methods: The semi-quantitative RT-PCR technique was used to study the differential expression of CD99, FKBP5 and FLJ13576 in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues and paracancerous tissues. Results: The expression rates of CD99, FKBP5 and FLJ13576 in primary renal clear cell carcinoma tissues were 72%, 60% and 48% respectively, while the corresponding rates in adjacent tissues were 28%, 24% and 16% , The level of expression is also significantly different. The expression levels of CD99, FKBP5 and FLJ13576 in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than that in peritumoral tissues (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expressions of CD99, FKBP5 and FLJ13576 in primary renal clear cell carcinoma tissues are significantly up-regulated, which may be closely related to the occurrence and development of renal cell carcinoma. It is expected to become a new biomarker for detecting renal cell carcinoma.
