针对大长径比不等径筒形件采用拼焊或车削预制坯后再旋压成形时存在的工艺复杂、成形精度低、产品质量差及生产效率低等缺陷,提出采用板坯卷焊成管坯后,再经过旋压成形的方法来实现其完整近净成形。对零件进行工艺分析后,确定了零件的旋压成形工艺和流动旋压方式;通过试验获得了双旋轮等距旋压道次减薄率的合理范围;采用流动旋压、旋压缩径及旋压翻边等工序,成功地加工出了高精度、大长径比不等径筒形件,使其材料利用率提高了78%以上。
Aiming at the shortcomings such as complicated technology, low forming precision, poor product quality and low production efficiency when the large aspect ratio cylindrical part is welded or turned by preform, After the tube, and then after spinning forming method to achieve its complete near net shape. After the process analysis of the part, the spinning process and flow spinning method of the part were determined. The reasonable range of the reduction rate of the double-roller isometric spinning was obtained through the experiment. The flow spinning, Spinning Flanging and other processes, successfully processed a high-precision, large aspect ratio unequal-diameter cylindrical parts, so that the material utilization rate increased by 78%.
