利用改进的直剪装置对砂岩泥岩混合土料和不同粗糙表面的混凝土块进行直剪试验,观察土料变形特征,探究不同的界面粗糙度对砼-土界面剪切特性的影响。通过简化应力应变关系曲线的方法得出计算参数,利用峰值剪应力得出接触面抗剪性能,分析切向刚度系数k的意义。通过观察可以证实土体的基本变形阶段和破坏变形阶段的过程,即达到峰值剪应力前的基本变形过程,之后的破坏变形过程。结合试验现象对两个阶段的土体摩擦过程进行分析,即土体与结构物接触面的摩擦过程和土体与残余在结构物上的土体的摩擦过程。
Straight shear tests were carried out on the concrete blocks of sandstone, mudstone and mixed concrete with different rough surfaces by using the improved direct shear device. The deformation characteristics of the soil were observed and the influence of different interface roughness on the shear characteristics of the interface between concrete and soil was explored. The calculation parameters are obtained by simplifying the stress-strain curve, and the shear resistance of the contact surface is obtained by using the peak shear stress. The significance of the tangential stiffness coefficient k is analyzed. Through observation, we can confirm the basic deformation stage and the process of destroying the deformation stage, that is, the basic deformation process before the peak shear stress is reached, and then the deformation process is destroyed. Combined with the phenomenon of test, the frictional process of soil in two stages is analyzed, which is the frictional process between the soil and the structure contact surface and the friction process between the soil and the soil remaining on the structure.
