Objective To explore the impact of productive noise on the health of workers. Methods Labor hygiene survey was conducted on the production environment of the extracted cement factory, and 110 workers were inspected for physical examination, and then the results of the investigation were statistically analyzed. Results There were significant differences in hearing, electrocardiogram, blood pressure and hemoglobin abnormalities between the noise and dust groups and dust group workers (P <0.05), while there was no statistical difference in other aspects (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in vital capacity between dust group and logistics group staff (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS Long-term exposure to productive noise can cause hearing and cardiovascular abnormalities among workers and should create a good production environment and enhance tertiary prevention so as to reduce the impact of productive noise on the health of workers.
