根据半导体光放大器中载流子密度变化与光场强度变化的速率方程 ,利用半导体光放大器实现波长变换的理论模型 ,并且数值计算了各种入射波 (方波、锯齿波、三角波、高斯波 )调制情况下模型的响应状况。数值计算的结果表明 ,半导体光放大器在全光波长转换中具有很好的线性响应特性和较高的转换速率。
According to the rate equations of carrier density and field intensity in semiconductor optical amplifier, a theoretical model of wavelength conversion is realized by semiconductor optical amplifier, and various incident waves (square wave, sawtooth wave, triangle wave and Gaussian wave) are numerically calculated.
