装备研制过程中存在各种因素的影响和制约,导致可靠性工作项目的实施效果对于装备最终是否能达到规定的可靠性要求存在着很大风险。将风险管理引入装备研制可靠性工作项目中,以国军标规定的装备研制可靠性工作要求为依据,建立了装备研制可靠性工作项目风险体系,通过对可靠性工作项目风险概率等级和风险影响度等级分别进行评估来评定可靠性工作项目风险等级,并通过航天型号研制单位可靠性工作项目风险评估案例验证了提出的可靠性工作项目风险等级评估方法。对航天型号研制中可靠性工作项目风险等级进行了评估,并对评估结果进行了分析。最后,对装备研制过程中可靠性工作项目风险管理问题进行了研究。
