文化软实力的建设早已成为国家战略部署的重要组成部分之一。而随着我国的酒店业的日益发展,各大酒店之间的竞争也日益激烈,加强酒店企业文化建设成为各大酒店形成自身核心竞争力的一大重要举措。因此,本文从酒店企业文化建设的必要性出发,分析我国酒店文化建设所存在的问题,以问题为基点探讨我国酒店文化建设改良措施及酒店企业文化建设对其经营的影响,希望以此为我国酒店文化建设工作的完善提供一些具有价值性的参考依据。
The building of cultural soft power has long become one of the important components of the national strategic plan. With the continuous development of China’s hotel industry, the competition among major hotels is becoming increasingly fierce. Strengthening the building of hotel culture has become a major measure for the formation of core competitiveness of major hotels. Therefore, based on the necessity of building a corporate culture, this article analyzes the problems existing in the hotel culture construction in our country, and probes into the improvement measures of the hotel culture in our country and the influence of the corporate culture construction on the management based on the questions. Hotel culture to improve the work to provide some valuable reference.
