伴随着互联网时代的到来,新媒体的异军突起,报业和广播电视业等传统媒体市场份额迅速下滑,同时,媒体人才格局和队伍建设工作也发生了深刻的变化。面对传统报业从业人员中存在的逆淘汰、知识结构局限、内容质量下滑等问题,在确保传统报业新闻舆论传播力、引导力、影响力、公信力的前提下,如何做好人才培养和监管工作,既保障报业的从业人员具备扎实的新闻素养,又保持较高的综合素养,发挥好传统报业舆论导向和宣传功能,本文就此问题展开讨论。
With the advent of the Internet era, the sudden emergence of new media and the rapid decline in the share of traditional media such as newspaper and radio and television industries, profound changes have taken place in the media personnel structure and team building. In the face of the problems such as the elimination of the traditional newspaper practitioners, the limitation of the knowledge structure and the decline of the content quality, under the precondition of ensuring the propaganda, guidance, influence and credibility of the news media of the traditional newspaper industry, how to do a good job of personnel training and Regulatory work not only guarantees that newspaper practitioners have solid news literacy but also maintain a high overall quality, and give full play to the role of newspaper press in public opinion guidance and publicity.
