地市级广播电视台基于人才、技术和新媒体投入产出比等现实因素,对如何做好媒体融合或者说将新媒体资源为我所有,从而有效发声,还有各自的困惑。可喜的是,近年包括福州广播电视台在内的许多地市台已就如何运用融媒体技术进行更加有效的节目编播管理做了有益尝试。笔者结合实践,从内容管理、生产流程、受众情感三个方面务实地谈地市级广播电视台在融媒体建设过程中的话语实践。
Based on the realistic factors such as the input-output ratio of talents, technology and new media, prefectural and municipal radio and television stations have their own puzzling questions about how to make media integration or use new media resources for themselves. The good news is that many prefectures and cities, including Fuzhou Radio and Television Station, in recent years have done useful work on how to use melody media technology for more effective programming management. The author combines the practice, from the content management, production processes, the feelings of the audience from three pragmatic aspects of municipal radio and television stations in the construction of financial media in the discourse practice.
