1 前言八十年代初苏钢还是以铁为主,生产设备陈旧,辅助部门生产设施更为落后,热网分布不合理,全厂共有五台小锅炉分散在焦化车间(2.5t/h二台,0.5t/h一台)和炼铁车间(4t/h二台),蒸汽总量为13.5t/h,效率均在60％以下,使用的燃料,焦化锅炉以优质焦炉煤气为主,炼铁锅炉以重油、高炉煤气为主,少量煤为辅,吨汽耗标煤130公斤以上,消耗高,效率低。当时我厂生产工序不配套,年放散高炉煤气5000多万m~3,焦炉煤气300万m~3,能源浪费大,环境污染严
