在分析、对比我国零部件工业和整车产业经济绩效的基础上 ,文章认为零部件工业尽管先天不足 ,但却取得了更好的经济绩效 ,同时 ,由于相对比较低的进入壁垒以及加入 WTO之后面向全球化的竞争 ,零部件工业的竞争力和发展前景应该比整车产业要好一些。在此基础上 ,提出加入 WTO之后 ,应该优先发展零部件工业 ,在零部件已有一定基础的前提下 ,放开政策 ,扩大轿车作为消费品的需求 ,从而拉动整个汽车工业的发展
On the basis of analyzing and comparing the economic performance of China’s parts industry and automobile industry, the article thinks that although the parts industry is inherently deficient, it has achieved better economic performance. At the same time, due to relatively low barriers to entry and after the accession to the WTO Global competition, parts industry competitiveness and development prospects should be better than the vehicle industry. On this basis, after China’s accession to the WTO is proposed, it is necessary to give priority to the development of parts and components industries. Under the prerequisite that parts and components have a certain foundation, we should liberalize policies and expand the demand for cars as consumer goods so as to boost the development of the entire automobile industry
