利用溶胶 -凝胶法分别以异丙醇钛和TiCl4 为原料制备两种不同的二氧化钛溶胶 ,浸涂在陶瓷膜上 ,形成TiO2 复合陶瓷光催化膜。通过应用QELS、XRD、BET、SEM、UV -vis和荧光光谱等方法考察溶胶制备的前驱液对膜制备过程中的化学物理性质 ,膜结构和光学性质的影响 ,发现由异丙醇钛制备的溶胶粒度小而均一 ,能够在陶瓷基膜上可以形成致密的孔分布均一窄小的TiO2 膜 ,并且其吸收光谱和荧光光谱发生“蓝移”现象 ,具有明显的量子尺寸效应。
Two different titania sols were prepared by sol-gel method using titanium isopropoxide and TiCl4 as raw materials, respectively, and dip-coated on the ceramic film to form a TiO2 composite ceramic photocatalyst film. The influence of the precursors prepared by sol on the chemical and physical properties, membrane structure and optical properties in the process of membrane preparation was investigated by means of QELS, XRD, BET, SEM, UV-VIS and fluorescence spectroscopy. It was found that the precursor prepared from titanium isopropoxide The sol particle size is small and uniform, and the TiO2 film with uniform pore distribution can be formed on the ceramic base film with a “blue shift” in the absorption and fluorescence spectra, which shows obvious quantum size effect.
