高分子化合物及其单体的致癌、致畸、诱突变问题具有潜伏期长,发病率低,病原较难以探明等特点,其中尤以致癌作用引起的职业性肿瘤最为重要。近年来,职业性肿瘤的例数随着化学工业的发展有所上升。当前,最紧迫的任务是找出引起肿瘤的职业、致癌剂的鉴定以及对人危害的程度的评价。职业肿瘤和致癌剂的发现、肯定或否定都必须有流行病学的依据。据此,今将职业致癌剂分为三类:1.肯定致癌剂:具有流行病学依据。2.高度可疑致癌剂:动物试验具有高度及普遍的致癌能力及/或某些不够完整的流行病学依据。
The carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic problems of macromolecular compounds and their monomers have the characteristics of long incubation period, low incidence and difficult pathogen identification. Occupational tumors caused by carcinogenesis are most important. In recent years, the number of occupational tumors has risen with the development of the chemical industry. At present, the most urgent task is to find out the causative cause of cancer, the identification of carcinogenic agents and the degree of harm to human beings. Occupational cancer and carcinogen discovery, affirmation or negation must have epidemiological basis. Accordingly, this will be divided into three types of occupational carcinogen: 1. Affirmative carcinogen: epidemiological basis. 2. Highly Suspected Carcinogen Agents: Animal tests have a high degree of general carcinogenicity and / or some incomplete epidemiological evidence.
