德育教育在人才培养中的重要性是毋庸置疑的。随着社会的发展与变革以及社会道德体系的变化,德育教育无论是在内容还是形式上都应该适应这种变化不断加以调整才能发挥其应有的重要作用。德育教育在内容上要注重从社会发展实际与学生实际出发,要分阶段、分层次,不能搞大一统,不能以一种标准要求所有学生。德育教育在方法上要不断推陈出新,要注重学生的主体性。要重视学生的体验,感受和反思。
The importance of moral education in the training of talents is beyond doubt. With the development and change of the society and the change of the social morality system, the moral education should adapt to the changes both in content and in form before it can play its due role. In the content of moral education, moral education should focus on the reality of social development and the actual conditions of students. They should be phased in stages and at different levels and can not be unified. They should not be required by a standard. Moral education should continue to introduce new methods, students should pay attention to the subjectivity. Emphasis should be placed on students’ experiences, feelings and reflections.
