一、会议概况根据铁组1987年工作计划,铁组委员会第六专门会议于1987年4月13～18日在波兰华沙召开了六专例会。由铁道部车辆局局长田缙谟(团长)、处长李绍光和四方车辆研究所刘玉富组成的中国铁路代表团参加了这次会议。参加例会的有保加利亚、匈牙利、民主德国、中国、波兰、罗马尼亚、苏联和捷克斯洛伐克铁路代表团,铁组委员会第六专门会议主席、顾问及机构工作人员,共计37名代表。会议期间,代表们接受东道主波铁的邀
I. Overview of the Conference According to the work plan of the CRC in 1987, the sixth special meeting of the OSJD Committee was held in Warsaw, Poland on April 13-18, 1987. The Chinese railway delegation, led by Tian Jinmo, head of the Ministry of Railways Vehicle Administration, Li Shaoguang, director of the Vehicle Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Railways, and Liu Yufu from the Sifang Vehicle Research Institute attended the meeting.
