目的 分析足踝部骨折手术患者下肢静脉血栓发生影响因素?方法 选择2018年4月至2020年6月收治的足踝骨折术后患者70例,根据患者是否发生下肢静脉血栓分为发生血栓组和未发生血栓组,比较两组患者一般情况?生化指标?术中和术后相关指标,分析影响足踝部骨折术后患者下肢静脉血栓发生的因素?结果 所选足踝骨折术后发生下肢静脉血栓的患者为12例,未发生的患者为58例?两组患者年龄?体质量指数?血栓史?吸烟史?饮酒史?高血脂?血小板计数?活化部分凝血活酶时间?凝血酶原时间?凝血酶时间?纤维蛋白原?出血量?手术时间?止“,”Objective To analyze the factors affecting the occurrence of phlebothrombosis in the veins of lower extremity in patients with foot and ankle fracture.Methods A total of 70 patients with foot and ankle fracture after operation were selected from April 2018 to July 2020.They were divided into thrombosis group and non thrombosis group according to whether the patients had phlebothrombosis in the veins of lower extremity.The general conditions,biochemical indexes,intraoperative and postoperative indexes of the two groups were observed and compared,and the factors affecting the occurrence of lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients with foot and ankle fracture after operation were analyzed.Results There were 12 patients with phlebothrombosis in the veins of lower extremity and 58 patients without phlebothrombosis in the veins of lower extremity.The difference of the age,BMI,thrombosis history,smoking history,drinking history,hyperlipidemia,platelet count,activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time,thrombin time,?brinogen,bleeding volume,operation time,tourniquet use,general anesthesia,bed rest days and anticoagulant use of the two groups was statistically signi?cant (P<0.05).The age,BMI,thrombosis history,platelet count,activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time,thrombin time,?brinogen,bleeding volume,operation time,use of tourniquet,general anesthesia,days in bed and use of anticoagulants were the factors affecting the occurrence of phlebothrombosis in the veins of lower extremity after foot and ankle fracture.Conclusion To intervene on the factors affecting phlebothrombosis in the veins of lower extremity in patients with foot and ankle fracture can effectively reduce the phlebothrombosis in the veins of lower extremity,avoid or reduce the formation of pulmonary embolism and reduce the mortality.
