自骆驼蓬种子中分离出一个吲哚生物碱5n,已发现这个生物碱能抑制小鼠的移植性肿瘤生长。在11.25mg/kg/d,22.5mg/kg/d和45mg/kg/d的剂量下,对S180肉瘤的抑制率为47.5~48.5%,68.8%和69~75.6%。在22.5mg/kg/d和45mg/kg/d的剂量下对网细胞肉瘤(L_1)的抑制率为41~50.8%和47~61%。在22.5mg/kg/d和45mg/kg/d的剂量下,对肝癌的抑制率分别为51.7~55%和62~66.7%。 与混合生物碱5L比较,5n显示出较高的效能,较强的抗癌活性和较广的抗瘤谱,5n有可能是骆驼蓬种子中主要的抗瘤生物碱。
An indole alkaloid 5n has been isolated from the seeds of Peganum harmala. It has been found that this alkaloid inhibits transplanted tumor growth in mice. At the doses of 11.25 mg/kg/d, 22.5 mg/kg/d and 45 mg/kg/d, the inhibition rate of S180 sarcoma was 47.5-48.5%, 68.8% and 69-75.6%. The inhibitory rate of reticulocyte sarcoma (L_1) was 41-50.8% and 47-61% at doses of 22.5 mg/kg/d and 45 mg/kg/d. At the doses of 22.5 mg/kg/d and 45 mg/kg/d, the inhibition rates of liver cancer were 51.7 to 55% and 62 to 66.7%, respectively. Compared with 5L mixed alkaloids, 5n showed higher potency, stronger anti-cancer activity and broader spectrum of anti-tumor, 5n may be the main anti-tumor alkaloid in seeds of Peganum harmala.
