目的:探讨凋亡调节基因Bcl-2、Baxs、urvivin在汉族和维吾尔族(维族)妇女子宫内膜异位症(EMs)中的表达及意义。方法:44例EMs患者,汉族22例,维族22例;30例非EMs及非内膜病变者作为对照组,汉族15例,维族15例,应用免疫组化法检测EMs患者和对照组子宫内膜组织不同族别、不同时期(增生期、分泌期)及在位内膜、异位内膜中Bcl-2、Bax的表达,同时采用原位杂交法检测survivin的表达。结果:Bcl-2、Bax、survivin主要定位于子宫内膜的腺上皮。(1)维、汉族对照组子宫内膜增生期Bcl-2的表达高于分泌期(P<0.05),子宫内膜增生期、分泌期survivin都弱表达,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。EMs患者异位、在位内膜中Bcl-2和survivin的表达较对照组明显增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)维、汉族对照组子宫内膜增生期和分泌期Bax都强表达,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。EMs患者在位及异位内膜中Bax表达均比对照组减弱,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:EMs中凋亡调节基因的表达与无EMs者不同,促凋亡基因表达减弱,抑制凋亡基因表达增强,有利于异位内膜的种植生存和发展。维族和汉族EMs凋亡基因Bcl-2、Bax、survivin表达无差异。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of apoptosis-regulating genes Bcl-2, Baxs and urvivin in Han and Uygur women with endometriosis (EMs). Methods: Forty-four patients with EMs were enrolled in this study. Twenty-two Han patients and 22 Uygurs were enrolled in this study. Thirty non-EMs and non-neointimal lesions were included as control group, 15 Han patients and 15 Uygur patients. Immunohistochemistry The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in endometrium and ectopic endometrium of different ethnic groups, different stages (proliferative phase and secretory phase), and the expression of survivin were detected by in situ hybridization. Results: Bcl-2, Bax and survivin were mainly located in the endometrial glandular epithelium. (1) Compared with the secretory phase (P <0.05), the expression of Bcl-2 in the endometrial hyperplasia and the survivin in endometrial hyperplasia and secretory phase in the Han and Han controls were not significantly different (P> 0.05 ). EMs patients ectopic, eutopic endometrium Bcl-2 and survivin expression was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). (2) The expression of Bax in the endometrial hyperplasia and secretory phase in Victoria and Han nationality control group was not significantly different (P> 0.05). The expression of Bax in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of patients with EMs was weaker than that of the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of apoptosis-regulating genes in EMs is different from those without EMs. The expression of pro-apoptotic genes is weakened and the expression of apoptosis-suppressing genes is enhanced, which is in favor of the survival and development of the ectopic endometrium. Uygur and Han EMs apoptosis gene Bcl-2, Bax, survivin expression was no difference.
