铁道部科技司主持的《减速顶通用技术条件》铁道行业标准审查会于1993年7月21日至24日在满洲里召开。参加会议的专家、学者和代表共30余人,代表着铁道部有关业务局、减速顶研究设计单位、生产厂家、铁路局及使用单位等。会议对《减速顶通用技术条件》送审稿进行了认真而热烈的讨论,并取得了一致意见。会议通用了审查结论,形成了会议纪要,并决定将“报批稿”呈报铁道部审批。这次审查会是一次胜利的大会,成功的大会,团结向上的大会。热烈祝贺审查会圆满成功！
The “Railway Track Industry Standard Review Conference” hosted by the Department of Science and Technology under the Ministry of Railways was held in Manzhou from July 21 to July 24, 1993. A total of more than 30 experts, scholars and representatives attended the conference, representing relevant business bureaus, research institutes, manufacturers, railway bureaus and users of deceleration research institutes of the Ministry of Railways. The meeting held a serious and enthusiastic discussion on the draft of “General Technical Requirements for Retarders” and reached unanimous agreement. The meeting general review findings, formed a meeting minutes, and decided to “draft for approval” submitted to the Ministry of Railways for approval.
