本论文从商业房地产项目的概念、特点以及商业房地产项目后评价的内容和国内外后评价的研究现状出发,通过对后评价内容、后评价机制、后评价方法的介绍,结合对商业项目的立项决策、规划设计、项目施工、营销推广及招商情况、项目运营、项目效益、项目影响等各个阶段或不同内容的后评价的研究,为今后完善项目策划、项目实施和管理、项目监督、项目经营管理等工作创造条件,提高项目的投资效益。
