关注理由: 由于过于注重结果、考试和选拔,传统的小学生学习评价,未能有效地发挥评价的诊断性、导向性、激励性等教育功能,客观上制约了学生发展。有效促进每个生命健康成长,呼唤有效促进学生学习的评价技术,以评出学生的发展动力、发展方向和发展路径。以激励为核心,展开对学生的学力评价,发掘、发动小学生学力发展的内驱力,峨眉三小建立了促进小学生学力发展的策略和技术,释放了学生的学习动力和学习潜力。
Concerns: Due to too much emphasis on results, examinations and selection, the traditional primary school students’ learning evaluation, failure to effectively play a diagnostic, guiding, motivational and other educational functions of evaluation, objectively restricted the development of students. Effectively promote the healthy growth of each life, calling for effective evaluation of student learning evaluation techniques to assess the student development momentum, development direction and development path. With motivation as the core, we started to evaluate the students ’academic abilities, explored and motivated students’ inner driving forces, and Emei Sanxia established strategies and techniques to promote the academic and academic development of pupils, and released their motivation and potential for learning.
