本文介绍了不同品种蒸压加气混凝土中的水化产物及其形貌,定量地测定了24个加气混凝土样品的水化产物及其强度和收缩。发现((1/2)x_1+x_2)值[x_1:托勃莫来石含量(%),x_2:C-S-H含量(%)]愈高,则强度愈高。收缩与C-S-H的含量有直接关系,C-S-H含量愈高,收缩愈大。水化产物中结晶相含量(2x_1+x_3)值(x_3:水化石榴石含量)增加时,收缩减小。一般说来,托勃莫来石含量高,C-S-H含量低时,强度低,收缩小;相反托勃莫来石含量低,C-S-H含量高时,强度高,但收缩大。因此为了兼顾强度和收缩,加气混凝土中各水化产物的含量应保持适当比例。
This article describes the hydration products and morphology of autoclaved aerated concrete of different types, and quantitatively measures the hydration products and strength and shrinkage of 24 aerated concrete samples. It was found that the higher the value of ((1/2)x_1+x_2) [x_1:Tombolime content (%), x_2:C-S-H content (%)], the higher the intensity. The shrinkage is directly related to the content of C-S-H, and the higher the C-S-H content, the greater the shrinkage. When the content of the crystalline phase (2x_1+x_3) (x_3: hydration garnet content) in the hydration product increases, the shrinkage decreases. In general, the content of Tobalite is high. When the content of C-S-H is low, the strength is low and the shrinkage is small. On the contrary, the content of Tobalite is low, and when the content of C-S-H is high, the strength is high but the shrinkage is large. Therefore, in order to balance the strength and shrinkage, the content of each hydration product in the aerated concrete should be kept in proper proportion.
