课堂教学是一种由受教育者(学生)和教育者(教师)共同构成的动态教学活动。从学生角度看,是一个学习的过程,学生居于活动的中心地位,学习活动凸现于教学活动之中;从教师角度看,则是一个教授的过程,教师居于活动的中心地位,教授活动凸现于教学活动之中。二者交互作用,形成一个动态的教学过程。辨证法告诉我们,做任何事都要防止一种倾向掩盖另一种倾向,更不能走极端。课堂教学在强调学生主体地位的同时,不可忽视了教师的主导作用。《语文课程标准》在“教学建议”中首先指出:“充分发挥师生双方在教学中的主动性和创造性”。这就告诉我们:语文教学中教师的主导作用是重要的,只有充分发挥好教师的主导作用,才能真正体现“学生是语文学习的主人”。
Classroom teaching is a kind of dynamic teaching activity consisting of the educated (students) and educators (teachers). From a student’s point of view, it is a process of learning. Students live at the center of activities and learning activities appear in teaching activities. From a teacher’s point of view, it is a professor’s process. Teachers are at the center of activities. Teaching activities. Interaction between the two to form a dynamic teaching process. Dialectics tells us that anything must be done to prevent one tendency to mask another, not to extremes. Classroom teaching emphasizes the dominant position of students at the same time, we can not ignore the leading role of teachers. “Chinese Curriculum Standards” in the “Teaching Suggestions” first pointed out: “give full play to the teachers and students in teaching the initiative and creativity ”. This tells us: the leading role of teachers in language teaching is important, and only by giving full play to the leading role of teachers can we truly reflect that “students are the masters of language learning.”
