转子是构成滑片式回转空气压缩机的重要零件,转子槽的加工难度较大。图1是HY37型滑片式回转空压机转子工作图。转子由40Cr合金结构钢锻造毛坯,热处理后的机械性能是:抗拉强度σ_b≥650N/mm~2;弯曲疲劳极限σ_(-1)≥295N/mm~2;屈服强度σ≥450N/mm~2;布氏硬度为HB229~269。转子上有8个等分径向槽,槽宽为9.5_0~(+0.09)、槽深为89.2_0~(+0.14)、槽长度为1115.5,槽表面粗糙度R。值应小于2.5μm、形位公差要求如图1所注,转子净重750kg。
