园本教研为幼儿园教师转变教育观念、把握角色定位提供了一个将理论转化为实践的互动平台,成为促进幼儿教师专业化成长的主要方式。而园本专题教研活动作为园本教研大背景之下源于教师需求、有着鲜明主题、针对性极强的教研方式,赋予了园本教研新的内涵,不仅能够促使教师敏锐的发现问题,带着问题进行实践研究,体验参与研究的成就感,同时也极大的激发了教师开展教研活动积极性、主动性,为幼儿教师的专业化成长提供有力的支撑。
