国内外各类高校都拥有自己独立的图书馆,那么如何对图书馆进行有效的管理成为各大高校普遍关注的问题。近年来,大学图书馆频繁出现读者投诉的问题,同时收到一些读者建议。而阅读环境成为读者投诉的焦点之一,本文中笔者主要通过对目前大学图书馆投诉与建议进行分类说明的基础上,着重对大学图书馆投诉与建议进行解读和反思研究,意在呼吁大学不断优化图书馆管理。
