目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病脾气虚、肾阴虚等中医证型与单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)的关系。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定120例老年2型糖尿病患者(观察组,其中脾气虚组65例,肾阴虚组55例)与50例非糖尿病老年人(对照组)的血清MCP-1水平,同时测定血压、血脂、FPG、FINS水平,计算腰臀比(WHR)、BMI、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),并分析以上各指标与MCP-1的关系。结果:MCP-1水平在脾气虚组和肾阴虚组均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),并且脾气虚组MCP-1水平高于肾阴虚组,两组间有统计学差异(P<0.01);MCP-1与HbA1c、HOMA-IR、腰围有相关性(P<0.01),且呈正相关。结论:MCP-1的表达可能在老年2型糖尿病的发生和发展中具有一定的作用,脾气虚导致的老年2型糖尿病与MCP-1的关系尤为密切。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome and monocyte chemotactic factor-1 (MCP-1) in senile type 2 diabetes patients with spleen-qi deficiency and kidney yin deficiency syndrome. Methods: Serum samples were obtained from 120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (observation group, 65 cases of spleen qi deficiency group and 55 cases of kidney yin deficiency group) and 50 cases of non-diabetic elderly patients (control group) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) MCP-1, blood pressure, blood lipid, FPG, FINS, WHR, BMI and HOMA-IR were calculated. The relationship between these indexes and MCP-1 was analyzed. Results: The levels of MCP-1 in spleen qi deficiency group and kidney yin deficiency group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01), and the level of MCP-1 in spleen deficiency group was higher than that in kidney yin deficiency group P <0.01). MCP-1 was positively correlated with HbA1c, HOMA-IR and waist circumference (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The expression of MCP-1 may play a role in the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mellitus in elderly patients. The relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus and MCP-1 in spleen deficiency is particularly close.
