SG型旋风除尘器的试验研究,是机械工业部下达的科研课题。配用在块煤机烧锅炉上,技术经济指标要求效率90%、烟气阻力(200℃烟温)80毫米水柱、钢材单耗70公斤每1000立方米烟气量每小时,经除尘器后的烟尘浓度达到新排放标准要求。并荣获1982年北京市科委颁发科技三等奖。 SG型旋风除尘器在本体结构方面,采用了新型的三角形进口和变斜度底板,配合精确的对数螺线头部结构,代替了传统的矩形进口,并采用大直径排尘口和分离灰斗,改善了筒体的流体工况和灰斗反混影响,提高了总效率和对细粉尘的分离能力。在块煤机烧的工业锅炉上运行,经多次测定,平均效率达92%,阻力80毫米水柱。该课题已于1982年12月通过由北京市科学技术委员会和机械工业部设
The experimental research on the SG cyclone dust collector is a scientific research topic issued by the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The bucket improves the fluid conditions of the cylinder and the anti-mixing effect of the ash hopper, improving the overall efficiency and the separation ability of fine dust. Operating on an industrial boiler fired by a lump coal machine, the average efficiency was 92% and the resistance was 80 mmH2O. This topic was approved by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Ministry of Machinery Industry in December 1982.
