作为我国民族瑰宝,中药药材具有种类多、资源丰富以及来源复杂等特点。传统的中药鉴定方法主要对中药药材形状、味道、颜色以及其他较为浅显的鉴定,鉴定结果具有一定的人为主观性和经验性。随着光谱技术的不断进步,近红外光谱技术被广泛的应用于中药鉴定中,促进了中药鉴定过程的便捷性和鉴定结果的准确性。本文就是在介绍近红外光谱技术概况的基础上,对其在中药鉴定中的应用进行分析,并对近红外光谱技术在中药鉴定中未来发展趋势进行展望。
As a national treasure of our country, traditional Chinese medicine has many kinds of medicinal materials, rich resources and complex sources. The traditional Chinese medicine identification method is mainly for Chinese medicine herbs shape, taste, color and other more obvious identification, identification of the results have some subjective and empirical. With the continuous improvement of spectroscopy, near-infrared spectroscopy has been widely applied to the identification of traditional Chinese medicines, which has facilitated the convenience of identification of traditional Chinese medicines and the accuracy of identification results. This article is based on the introduction of the overview of near infrared spectroscopy, its application in the identification of traditional Chinese medicine analysis, and the future development trend of NIR spectroscopy in the identification of traditional Chinese medicine.
