在新课程标准下如何转化学困生是每个中学教师都在探索和研究的课题,而农村初中英语学困生的成功转化是大面积提高初中英语教学质量的关键。本文通过对初中英语学困生进行访谈,找出其成因并结合本人在农村初中的多年教学实践,提出了以下的转化方法。一、无私的爱是转化学困生的前提。二、优化课堂教学是转化学困生的主要途径。三、加强学法指导是转化学困生的关键。四、发挥集体力量是转化学困生的保证。
How to Transform Students with Learning Difficulties in the New Curriculum Standards is a topic that every middle school teacher is exploring and researching. However, the successful transformation of English majors in rural junior high schools is the key to improving the quality of English teaching in junior middle schools. This article, through interviewing junior middle school students with learning difficulties in English, finds out the causes and brings forward the following transformation methods based on my years of teaching practice in rural junior high schools. First, selfless love is a prerequisite for poor students. Second, optimizing classroom teaching is the main way to transform students who are poor students. Third, to strengthen the guidance of learning method is the key to poor students. Fourth, to exert collective power is a guarantee for poor students in transition.
