随着社会基础经济建设项目的不断完善,我国高速公路系统的整体发展趋势良好,为社会及百姓创造了更多的价值,提升广大人民群众的生活质量。但从目前我国高速公路系统的发展状况来看,政工干部素质参差不齐,需要单位不断加强干部队伍思想整顿及各级人员管理,并以此来带动我国高速公路事业的蓬勃发展。本文就新形式下我国高速公路系统政工干部队伍的人员素质问题做以论述,剖析其中存在的问题,并提出完善政工干部素质的可行性举措,以期为实践提供有益的借鉴。
With the constant improvement of basic economic construction projects in society, the overall development trend of the expressway system in our country is in good shape, creating more value for the community and people and enhancing the quality of life of the vast majority of the people. However, judging from the current development of the expressway system in our country, the quality of political and military cadres is uneven. Units are required to constantly improve the management of cadres and their personnel at all levels and to promote the vigorous development of the highway industry in our country. This article discusses the quality problems of the contingent of political and military cadres in China’s expressway system under the new form, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the feasible measures to improve the quality of political cadres in order to provide useful reference for practice.
