目的:为膝关节去神经术治疗膝关节疼痛性疾患提供解剖学基础。方法:在30侧防腐成人下肢标本上,对支配膝关节的神经关节支进行解剖观测。结果:股内侧肌支、股中间肌支、股外侧肌支、膝关节肌支关节支支配膝关节前上区;隐神经及其分支支配膝关节前内、前下区;腓总神经关节支支配前外侧区;胫神经或坐骨神经关节支支配膝关节腘区。其中股内侧肌支、隐神经、腓总神经、胫神经或坐骨神经关节支较粗大、解剖较恒定、表浅可行选择性切断。结论:选择性切断膝关节神经支治疗膝关节疼痛性疾患具有可行性。
OBJECTIVE: To provide an anatomical basis for the treatment of knee pain in patients with knee denervation. METHODS: Anatomical observations of the articular nerve branches supporting the knee were performed on 30 anticorrosive adult lower extremities. Results: The medial myofascial branch, medial femoral muscle branch, lateral femoral muscle branch and knee joint myopathy support the anterior superior knee joint. The saphenous nerve and its branches dominate the anterior and medial anterior knee joint. Dominates the anterolateral region; the tibial nerve or sciatic nerve branch dictates the area of the knee joint. The medial femoral branch, saphenous nerve, common peroneal nerve, tibial nerve or sciatic nerve joint thicker, anatomical more constant, superficial feasible cut off selectively. Conclusion: It is feasible to selectively cut off the nerve branches of the knee to treat painful knee joint.
