针对当前学科教学中仍普遍存在的“一刀切”、“以教师为中心”等弊病,立足于学生在学习中呈现个体差异的教学实际,开展分层分组教学。了解研究学情,合理分层分组;科学地制订分层教学目标,设计分层学习内容;开展小组合作竞争和合作互助学习;及时反馈有针对性地进行异步指导;动态分层评价,激励学生实现递进等措施,使实验切入阶段呈现出良好的发展势头。
