本试验选用3个的高世代自交系T_1、T_2、T_3做母本和5个高世代自交系T_4、T_5、T_6、T_7、T_8亲本做父本,按照不完全双列杂交法配制杂交组合。对所获得的F_1代及亲本主要性状进行调查。并测定了平均单株产量、前期单株产量、平均单株果数、平均单果重和蛋白质含量的一般配合力,通过一般配合力测定分析,8个亲本一般配合力T_2、T_3、T_5亲本的一般配合力较高。在选育高产、优质的黄瓜新品种时可以利用种质资源T_2、T_3、T_5作为亲本来进行杂交组合的配制。
Three high-generation inbred lines T_1, T_2, T_3 and 5 high-generation inbred lines T_4, T_5, T_6, T_7 and T_8 were used as male parents and hybrids were made according to incomplete double-line hybridization combination. The main characters of F_1 generation and their parents were investigated. The general combining ability of the average single plant yield, the previous single plant yield, the average single fruit number, the average single fruit weight and the protein content were determined. Through the analysis of the general combining ability, the effects of the general combining ability of T_2, T_3 and T_5 parents General with higher.
