磁流变液是一种新型智能材料,其独特的流变性使其在很多领域中备受关注。离心机过临界技术是离心机研制中的关键技术。为了探索离心机过临界的新方法,该文将磁流变液引入离心机下阻尼器的设计中,从理论和实验2方面对使用磁流变液下阻尼器的离心机转子在通过临界转速时的振动特性进行研究。结果显示:通过调节磁流变液阻尼器的外加磁场,可以使离心机转子无共振通过系统二阶临界转速;磁流变液阻尼器比传统的离心机阻尼器具有更为显著的减振效果。
Magnetorheological fluid is a new type of smart material, its unique rheology makes it a lot of attention in many fields. Centrifuge overcritical technology is the key technology in the development of centrifuges. In order to explore a new method of centrifuge overcritical, this paper introduces magnetorheological fluid into the design of the centrifuge under the damper, from the theoretical and experimental 2 aspects of the centrifuge rotor using the MR damper under the critical speed When the vibration characteristics of the study. The results show that by adjusting the applied magnetic field of the MRF damper, the centrifuge rotor can be made to pass the second-order critical speed of the system without resonance. The MR damper has more significant damping effect than the conventional centrifugal damper .
