为了与同行们探讨怎样不断完善和树立现代护士职业形象，本文通过在医生、护士、病人三组不同人群中作随机抽样，进行有关护士职业形象调查、分析，在不同程度上了解到人们心目中理想护士形象特征是———“天使形象”。具体包括：良好的职业道德素质，精湛的护理技艺，语言美、行为美，个人形象、仪表美及良好的心理品质等。并对以上问题进行了初步探讨和讨论；笔者希望通过本文浅见，在不断完善和树立现代护士自身职业形象方面起到抛砖引玉的作用。
In order to discuss with colleagues how to continuously improve and establish the professional image of modern nurses, this paper conducts random sampling of three different groups of doctors, nurses, and patients to conduct surveys and analysis on the professional image of nurses, and to understand people’s minds in varying degrees. The image of an ideal nurse is an image of “Angel.” Specifically include: good professional ethics, superb nursing skills, language beauty, behavioral beauty, personal image, beauty and good psychological quality. In addition, the above issues were discussed and discussed. The author hopes that through the brief introduction of this article, it will play an important role in constantly perfecting and establishing a modern nurse’s own professional image.
