凉山州是四川省少数民族类别最多和最集中的区域,也是我国最大的彝族聚居区。凉山州富集旅游、生物、矿产及再生能源,然而由于交通不便,经济开发粗放和民族语言、传统习惯等局限,导致该地区经济贫困,发展严重迟缓。因此,应该通过相关政策措施鼓励扶持发展地区特色低碳经济模式,以达到凉山州民族地区的可持续发展。 Liangshan Prefecture is the largest and most concentrated area for ethnic minorities in Sichuan Province and the largest concentration of Yi in China. Liangshan Prefecture is rich in tourism, biology, mineral resources and renewable energy. Therefore, relevant policies and measures should be adopted to encourage and support the development of a low-carbon economy with regional characteristics in order to achieve the sustainable development of ethnic minority areas in Liangshan Prefecture.
