作为教育工作者非常熟悉的一种教学模式,分层教学在当代教育工作当中得到极为广泛的应用。教师以学生的兴趣特点、学习能力、智力水平以及知识基础等为根据,从而对教学内容以及教学目标有区别地进行设计和制定,对不同的学生有针对性地实施学习指导,从而保证每个学生都可以实现最优化发展,这就是所谓的分层教学。针对分层教学在高中生物“建构式生态课堂”的探索与实践进行了介绍。
As a teaching model very familiar to educators, hierarchical teaching has been widely used in contemporary education.
