多巴胺是一种有效的抗休克和强心利尿药。目前国内生产多巴胺多采用香草醛为原料,与硝基甲烷缩合,再经还原、裂解制得,由α-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)-β-硝基乙烯还原制备β-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)乙胺盐酸盐是比较关键的一步反应。目前采用锌-盐酸或锌汞齐-盐酸还原,收率为63%左右,后处理比较麻烦,需用正丁醇多次提取。文献报道β-硝基苯乙烯衍生物可用催化氢化法还原生成相应的β-苯乙胺衍生物。我们用5%钯炭作催化剂,在室温和低压条件下氢化还原α-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)-β-硝基
Dopamine is an effective anti-shock and cardiotonic diuretic.
