本文回顾性分析了51例患者冠状动脉造影时的心电图资料,发现造影过程中的心律失常以室性早搏最多见,心室颤动的发生率为7.84％。心室颤动病人多具有多支冠状动脉的严重病变,尤以右冠状动脉病变多见。造影剂推注时可引起心率下降和R波振幅增高,以离子型造影剂明显,但R波的上升值和术前Q-T间期与心律失常的发生无明显关系。
This article retrospectively analyzed the electrocardiogram data of 51 patients with coronary angiography and found that the most frequent arrhythmia was ventricular premature beat during the imaging and the incidence of ventricular fibrillation was 7.84%. Patients with ventricular fibrillation with multiple coronary artery more serious disease, especially in the more common right coronary artery disease. Contrast agent can cause heart rate decline and R wave amplitude increased to ionic contrast agent significantly, but the rise of R wave and preoperative Q-T interval and arrhythmia occurred no significant relationship.
