企业在管理与运行中,最重要的是依靠员工的力量,尤其是针对企业经营领域的技能型人才,更是企业发展必不可少的助力。基于此,针对企业技能人才的培养,剖析其开展过程的缺陷不足,并提出具有可行性与科学性的改进措施,以期提升大型国企对技能人才培养的重视程度,推进其培养方式改革,从而促进大型国企的进一步发展。
