为评价自拟方芩连液的疗效,通过静脉注射脂多糖(LPS)建立了气分证家兔模型,并以芩连液和白虎汤分别进行了治疗,比较了两种组方对气分证家兔T淋巴细胞亚群分布和血清细胞因子水平的影响。结果显示,静脉注射15μg/kg的LPS可成功建立家兔气分证模型。病理组家兔体温、IL-10显著升高,而CD4+/CD8+比值、TNF-α和IL-6显著降低,但IFN-γ、IL-2和IL-4无显著变化。经白虎堂和芩连液治疗后,家兔体温都显著降低,IL-10显著降低并恢复至正常水平,TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4和IFN-γ不受两组药物的影响,其中白虎汤的治疗可使CD4+/CD8+比值恢复、IL-6显著升高,而芩连液的治疗对CD4+/CD8+比值和IL-6无显著影响。结果表明,气分证患兔的细胞免疫功能受到显著抑制,白虎汤和芩连液的治疗都具有显著的解热作用,同时对细胞因子间的失衡都具有一定的调节作用,但白虎汤对机体细胞免疫功能的调节明显优于芩连液。

The results showed that the cellular immunity of rabbits with gas syndrome was significantly inhibited. Both Baihu decoction and Qinlian decoction had significant antipyretic effect, and both had a certain regulatory effect on the imbalance among cytokines.
