芩连液与白虎汤对气分证家兔T细胞亚群和6种细胞因子的影响

为评价自拟方芩连液的疗效,通过静脉注射脂多糖(LPS)建立了气分证家兔模型,并以芩连液和白虎汤分别进行了治疗,比较了两种组方对气分证家兔T淋巴细胞亚群分布和血清细胞因子水平的影响。结果显示,静脉注射15μg/kg的LPS可成功建立家兔气分证模型。病理组家兔体温、IL-10显著升高,而CD4+/CD8+比值、TNF-α和IL-6显著降低,但IFN-γ、IL-2和IL-4无显著变化。经白虎堂和芩连液治疗后,家兔体温都显著降低,IL-10显著降低并恢复至正常水平,TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4和IFN-γ不受两组药物的影响,其中白虎汤的治疗可使CD4+/CD8+比值恢复、IL-6显著升高,而芩连液的治疗对CD4+/CD8+比值和IL-6无显著影响。结果表明,气分证患兔的细胞免疫功能受到显著抑制,白虎汤和芩连液的治疗都具有显著的解热作用,同时对细胞因子间的失衡都具有一定的调节作用,但白虎汤对机体细胞免疫功能的调节明显优于芩连液。 To evaluate the curative effect of Qinlianlianlixin, a gas-normalized rabbit model was established by intravenous injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and treated with Qinlian solution and Baihu decoction separately. After treatment with Baihu Tang and Qinlian Liquid, body temperature of rabbits decreased significantly, IL-10 decreased significantly and returned to normal level, but TNF-α, IL-2, IL-4 and IFN-γ were not affected by the two drugs The treatment of Baihu decoction could restore the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + and the level of IL-6, while the treatment of Qinlian liquid had no significant effect on the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + and IL-6. The results showed that the cellular immunity of rabbits with gas syndrome was significantly inhibited. Both Baihu decoction and Qinlian decoction had significant antipyretic effect, and both had a certain regulatory effect on the imbalance among cytokines. However, Regulation of immune function was significantly better than Qinlian solution.
