本文通过对球笼式万向节钟形壳建立三维模型,采用有限元分析的方法对钟形壳所处的关键位置进行有限元分析。根据分析结果对钟形壳薄弱环节进行确认以及薄弱成因的分析,提出相应的改进方案,通过对比优化前后的有限元分析结果,验证了所提优化方案的正确性,对球笼式万向节钟形壳的设计具有一定的指导性意义。 In this paper, a three-dimensional model of a dome-shaped universal joint bell shell is established, and the finite element analysis is used to analyze the key position of the bell-shaped shell. According to the result of the analysis, the weak part of bell-shaped shell was confirmed and the causes of its weakness were analyzed. The corresponding improvement scheme was put forward. By comparing the finite element analysis results before and after optimization, the correctness of the proposed scheme was verified, Bell-shaped shell design has some guiding significance.
