本文介绍了研制的笔式等离子切割机及其工艺试验和试生产结果,说明了笔式等离子切割方法具有突出的优点。初步探讨了笔式等离子切割的原理,各种工艺参数的选择原则及对切割质量的影响。笔式等离子切割过程能否稳定的关键,是防止产生“旁路电弧”。本文分析了“旁路电弧”出现的原因并提出了防止办法。
This paper introduces the development of the pen plasma cutting machine and its process testing and trial production results show that pen plasma cutting method has outstanding advantages. The principle of pen plasma cutting, the selection principle of various process parameters and the influence on cutting quality are discussed. Pen Pen plasma cutting process can be the key to stability is to prevent the generation of “bypass arc.” This paper analyzes the causes of “bypass arc” and presents a way to prevent it.
