为了探明香港巨牡蛎(Crassostrea hongkongensis)的摄食和代谢生理与水温的关系,在实验室条件下采用流水系统研究了不同水温(T)条件下香港巨牡蛎的滤水率(FR)、摄食率(IR)、吸收率(AE)、耗氧率(OR)和排氨率(NR)的变化规律。结果显示:(1)在13~33℃范围内,水温对香港巨牡蛎的滤水率、摄食率和吸收率的影响都极显著(P<0.01),滤水率、摄食率和吸收率与水温之间的关系方程分别为:FR=-0.027T2+1.1967T-7.8537(R2=0.8902);IR=-0.147T2+6.5202T-42.845(R2=0.9009);AE=-0.1783T2+8.1846T-12.304(R2=0.9757)。(2)在13~33℃范围内,水温对香港巨牡蛎的耗氧率和排氨率的影响极显著,耗氧率和排氨率与水温之间的关系方程分别为:OR=1.283Ln(T)-2.332(R2=0.9599);NR=0.1022Ln(T)-0.2136(R2=0.9743)。根据研究结果可以判断,香港巨牡蛎生长的最适水温为22℃,其摄食和代谢在水温18~28℃之间处于较适宜水平。
In order to investigate the relationship between feeding and metabolic physiology and water temperature of Crassostrea hongkongensis in Hong Kong, the water filtration system (FR) of Hong Giant oysters under different water temperature (T) (IR), absorption rate (AE), oxygen consumption rate (OR) and ammonia excretion rate (NR). The results showed that: (1) In the range of 13 ~ 33 ℃, the effects of water temperature on the water filtration rate, food intake rate and absorption rate of Hong Giant oysters were all significant (P <0.01). The water filtration rate, The relationship between water temperature is: FR = -0.027T2 + 1.1967T-7.8537 (R2 = 0.8902); IR = -0.147T2 + 6.5202T-42.845 (R2 = 0.9009); AE = -0.1783T2 + 8.1846T- 12.304 (R2 = 0.9757). (2) In the range of 13 ~ 33 ℃, the effect of water temperature on Oxygen Consumption Rate and Ammonia Excretion Rate of Giant Oyster in Hong Kong was significant. The equations of oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate and water temperature were respectively OR = 1.283Ln (T) -2.332 (R2 = 0.9599); NR = 0.1022Ln (T) -0.2136 (R2 = 0.9743). According to the results of the study, we can conclude that the optimum temperature for the growth of giant oyster in Hong Kong is 22 ℃, and its food intake and metabolism are at a suitable level between 18 ℃ and 28 ℃.
