介绍时速250 km城际铁路单箱单室整孔箱梁的设计及其试验研究情况,特别在箱梁试验研究过程中,针对箱梁运营工况和施工架设工况的分析,开展了箱梁跨中弯曲静载试验和梁端受力性能试验研究,试验过程中充分考虑了箱梁剪力滞的影响,确定了箱梁加载试验的剪力滞系数和挠度修正系数等试验参数,通过空间模型理论计算分析和实体试验梁静力测试结果的对比,验证了箱梁能够满足现行铁路设计规范对结构变形和静力使用性能的要求,为单箱单室城际铁路箱梁推广使用提供科学依据。
This paper introduces the design and experimental research of single box single-hole box girder with single box of metro speed 250 km per hour. Especially in the process of box girder test and research, according to the analysis of box girder operating conditions and construction erection conditions, Mid-span bending static load test and beam endurance test. The influence of shear lag of box girder was fully considered during the test. The test parameters such as shear lag coefficient and deflection correction factor of box girder loading test were determined. The theoretical analysis of the model and the static test results of the solid test beam show that the box girder can meet the requirements of the current railway design code for structural deformation and static performance and provide a scientific basis for the popularization and application of the single box single intercity railway box girder.
