目的研究马兰全草中的化学成分。方法采用工业甲醇提取,硅胶柱、反向C-18柱及凝胶柱等柱层析方法从马兰全草中分离化学成分,并通过MS和NMR等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到4个化合物,分别为ascleposide E(1)、pimar-15(16)-β-ene-8β,11α,20-triol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、4’-O-芦acetylsinapylangelate(3)和(3β,5α,22E,24S)-campesta-7,22-dien-3-O-芦β-D-glucopyranoside(4)。结论此4个化合物均为在该植物中首次分离得到,且它们在体外人肿瘤细胞株A549、BGC-823和Hela上均不显示细胞毒活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the whole plant of Malan. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated from the whole plant by using methanol extraction, silica gel column, reverse C-18 column and column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by MS and NMR spectroscopy. Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as ascleposide E (1), pimar-15 (16) -β-ene-8β, 11α, 20-triol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside O-acetylsinapylangelate (3) and (3β, 5α, 22E, 24S) -campesta-7,22-dien-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4). Conclusion All four compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time and they did not show cytotoxic activity in vitro on human tumor cell lines A549, BGC-823 and Hela.
