伴随我国社会整体不断快速发展,从而促使我国社会市场经济得到迅猛发展,企业经济进步同样随之有着显著体现,但是在日立激烈的整体经济竞争中,作为企业竞争的核心体现,保持企业稳定高速发展,提高企业效益的人力资源竞争,充分发挥着不可忽视的作用。只有将原有的人力资源管理模式进行合理有效地优化,转变成以战略性思维构建管理体系,规范化科学化管理模式,才能很大程度上拉动企业在经营活动中的活跃性,占领市场的制高点,提升自身价值,减少不必要的浪费和管理工作上的困难,以达到提高企业经济效益的目的。本文通过对企业人力资源管理工作中常见的问题进行简要分析,从而提出相应的管理控制措施,整体提升企业综合竞争能力,实现企业经济效益的稳定、快速、高效增长。
