建国以来,我国少数民族干部教育培训与培养开发工作成效明显,少数民族干部数量、质量均得到显著提升,与同地区汉族干部的差距大幅缩小。但相对于其他地区,民族地区包括汉族干部在内的各族干部整体素质仍然较低,教育培训工作仍有待加强。同时,由于民族地区各族干部面临着同样的经济社会环境,承担着相同的工作任务,民族地区经济社会的发展迫切需要加强各族干部的团结与协作。针对以上情况,本研究在培训重点对象选择、培训内容与课程设置和培训班次设计安排等方面提出了一些思考与对策建议。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the education, training, training and development of ethnic minority cadres in our country have achieved remarkable results. The quantity and quality of ethnic minority cadres have been significantly improved, and the gap with the Han cadres in the same region has drastically narrowed. However, in comparison with other regions, the overall quality of cadres of all ethnic groups, including Han nationality cadres, in minority areas is still low, and education and training still need to be strengthened. In the meantime, since ethnic cadres in all ethnic regions face the same economic and social environment and undertake the same tasks, the economic and social development in ethnic regions urgently needs to strengthen unity and cooperation among cadres of all ethnic groups. In view of the above situation, this study put forward some thoughts and countermeasures for the selection of key training subjects, the contents of training and the design of the curriculum and training schedules.
